Balance is about becoming whole. It’s about making space in your life to know, be, and do those things that bring fulfillment. It is a journey of self-care and reflection that ultimately allows us to acknowledge our true missions in life.

Practical Balance offers a root-to-crown approach to balance, which includes physical awareness, emotional stability, personal strength, ignited passion, self-expression, inspired vision, and spiritual connection.

 

 About Sara

Sara is a Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse who has spent more than 15 years working in Behavioral Health.  She has a Master's Degree in Health Arts & Sciences, and is currently working on a PhD in Psychology with a Creativity Studies specialization.  She is also a certified massage therapist and trained as a Chakradance Facilitator in 2015.  As an active member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, Sara has persented nationally on holistic wellness, mental health, and nursing leadership.
